Instructions and Reference Pictures are available
I hd purchased this model for myself as I had some plans for detailig it. But after a while I broke down and gave it to him. He really liked it and pre-paints are his speed. He still ones some of more difficult models (ie my Finemolds) but I told him to save up and money and he could buy one.
Planning
He is 7 years old. There was no planing. He did a pretty good job with it. I think he did better on his X-wing. But we both had a good time working on it. He came up with the idea of sanding off the paint to make it looked more chipped and worn out. I just gave him a finger nail file to help with it.

Work In progress Shots
We had masked the canopy to clear coat the model with Matt Spray so the pastel chaulk would have somewhere to stick to. |

| Sanding the paint off the model to look more "damaged" This was all his idea. A pretty good one as well. |
